An old vineyard site directly on the Wagram edge, which was briefly planted with mulberry trees during the interwar period. Its name comes from the mulberry tree, which was originally planted in a plantation system. More than a hundred years ago, a silk production was intended to be established here. As a "liquid memory," so to speak, the single-vineyard wine "Maulbeerpark Grüner Veltliner" has existed since 1997.
