ORIGIN: More than 800 years of history and continuous additions and new constructions have led to the ever-growing estate in Oberstockstall occasionally being referred to as a "Schloss" by contemporaries. Already in the 1960s, my grandfather responded to this and began to produce a wine line named Schloss Kirchberg, whose very first wine was a Rosé.
The wine line with its weighty name is now a thing of the past; however, we, also as Gut Oberstock, still pay homage to the long tradition of Rosé.

Demeter-certified in the vineyard, fermented exclusively with wild yeasts in the cellar — without temperature control. We take nothing away and, apart from a small amount of sulphur, add nothing.
