Weißburgunder and loess are two sides of the same coin. The varietal presents itself in our region from its full-bodied and creamy side. The acidity plays the subtle but perceptible background music and equips the round body with the necessary muscles. In it, salinity and a piquant spice combine with ripe pome fruit notes. On the palate, a touch of mandarin and orange joins in, leading to a long-lasting fruity finish. A great and versatile food companion for vegetables, fish & meat.
