Weißburgunder and loess are two sides of the same coin. The varietal presents itself in our region from its full-bodied and creamy side. The acidity plays the fine but perceptible background music and equips the round body with the necessary muscles. In it, saltiness and a piquant spice combine with ripe pome fruit notes.
